This was a great experience. The owner gave up her own bedroom on the property to my wife and I. The house is lovely, well-maintained and in a great location.

If you value privacy, this place is NOT for you.
1) The bedrooms are upstairs, and the ONLY bathroom int he home is on he first floor. You'll have to walk through the kitchen and next to Tina's room to go to the bathroom.
2) I was trying to sleep at 1:30am but Tina has some friends over downstairs talking and drinking. It was loud enough to keep me away until 2:00am.
3) The hot water of the shower was NOT hot, more like warm. It actually further exasperated my cold/runny nose.

Zviad and Tina are super nice. Airport pick up worked perfectly. The atmosphere is warm and friendly.
