Only two minutes walk from the post office,shops,beach and river walks.
50 meter heated and covered pool with spa one minute walk away.
We have complete coverage of free high speed unlimited wi fi available for guest's.This extends to the coffee shop below.
We have a large lounge area to view the Jade Factory and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.
A book exchange plus 52 inch TV for those wet days and selection of DVD's and Netflix
We also have a disabled access unit and all bed linen is supplied.There is off street parking , when available .

Office hours are business hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm 7 days.

For LATE ARRIVALS, you will need to let us know prior via email or call to arrange late check in. In consideration for guests already staying, late check-in's after 10.00 pm are not possible for 6 and 8 bed dorms.

The staff were lovely and welcoming but there was a bit of a strange feel to the place. Several surfaces (bathroom sink and bedside tables) were covered in dust and hair suggesting that they hadn't been cleaned in a while. It was a good location and had all the facilities we wanted but didn't feel clean enough given the current circumstances.

An ok little place and very good location. Only saw the ‘staff’ once which isn’t a problem and I’m no even sure if they had any cooking/ kitchen facilities as there was no signs or directions for one on the walls and nobody around to ask.
Overall not a bad stay by any means, but definitely could’ve been a little better.

We were just here for a night, and the location was great as a pit stop. Staff were really nice and friendly. Bed was comfy and the panel heater did a great job of warming the space. However the vibe of the place was a little off, it the whole place smelt like all the meals that had ever been cooked there. Super thin walls, old and worn out looking loos. The window in our room also leaked overnight. Wouldn't stay here again.
