The Cats Porto Party Hostel is located just around the corner from Sao Bento metro station and the funicular. It features a large rooftop terrace, a full kitchen and rooms which are all ensuite. We particularly like their bunk beds, with individual reading lights, power and usb sockets and underbed lockers. Hostelworld guests have highly recommended this hostel and say they’d stay here again; one guest told us, ‘my favorite place was a terrace where we could sit in the evening having a drink and chatting with friends’.

Cats Porto has an unbeatable location in the 'heart of Porto', next to the Cathedral which is a 'World Heritage' protected area. Our three buildings are just 50 mts away from the São Bento metro station and just 10 minutes walking from Bolhao metro station (which has a link to the Airport). The main bus line (Rede Expressos) is just 15 minutes on foot.
Our Location: We are in a quiet area of Porto, is perfect for resting, but at the same time really close to the city center and all the main city attractions are walking distance (Se Cathedral, Sao Joao Theatre, D. Luis I bridge, Ribeira, Clerigos Tower, etc.) The main shopping streets in Porto, bars, restaurants, supermarkets are all very close as well. And if you want to party, the best nightlife spots are just ten minutes’ walk from the hostel!
Our Facilities: We've created a new level of comfort and intimacy in all our spaces, our main purpose is to adapt to all your needs always with a friendly and informal atmosphere! All our rooms have private bathrooms, spacious individual lockers, and AC.. And some rooms have even breathtaking views of the city!
We offer a buffet breakfast for only 4€ and we have towels to rent for 4€. Free Wi-Fi is available in all the hostel. On departure day, we have luggage storage for 2 € where bags can be left while you get your last tastes of the city!
Our Common Areas: On sunny days you can relax in our famous rooftop or watch the sunset with a drink from the bar. Feel in a mood for a BBQ? Let's do it! We also have a cozy reading lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. You may don’t have to use it if you join one of our free dinner nights! In our bar, we also serve delicious snacks and we have an amazing Happy Hour!!

ここは素晴らしかった。カウンターには世界中のお札が。観ていて飽きない。解説も明瞭。あっ部屋のベッドが前の人が漏らしちゃったのかな？おしっこ臭かったのが気になったが、掛け布団を下にしいたら大丈夫だった。ロッカーも大きくてスーツケース入るほどの大きさ。扇風機ついてた。部屋の扉ちゃんとしまってないとビービー鳴る。朝ごはんは10点。パン美味しい。ビスケット美味しい。ホットケーキ自分でさっと作って食べる。

サン•ベント駅から急な坂道を登った所にホステルがある為、大きなスーツケースを引いて来る方は少々努力が必要
ホステル内は綺麗に改装されています
部屋(8人ドームルームを利用)にはトイレ、シャワー、洗面所が2つずつあり大きな問題を感じることはありませんでしたが、部屋全体が狭く身動きがとりずらいのと、シャワーがとても狭ったです
ベッド下にロッカー(カードキー式)が個々にありスーツケースを入れるのに充分な広さがあり便利でした
ベッドにはそれぞれカーテンが付いています(ベッドの高さが低いので頭をぶつけてしまうのはマイナスポイント)
朝食はバラエティーに富んでいて満足です
スタッフは親切で明るく居心地の良い雰囲気でした

Cats Hostel Portoは言う
I'd say our most unique features are our beds, each of which has orthopaedic mattresses, curtains, an individual fan, a reading light and a power socket. Plus there's ensuite bathrooms in all rooms. Did I mention our three-metre tropical aquarium?
All the main attractions are within walking distance from our hostel. Within two minutes you can get to Se Cathedral, the Douro River, D. Luis Bridge, Sao Bento train and metro stations and the Rede Expresso bus service . I particularly recommend visiting the port wine caves in Ribeira de Gaia. They're about 15 minutes' walk away.
Being the largest hostel in Porto, and having such a wide range of amenities and activities, we would say that this is not a traditional party hostel, although the night spots are only 10 minutes away. The main age group of our guests is between 25 and 35, but we have had had happy guests from ages 12 to 60 - many of our guests had never stayed in a hostel before.
We can accommodate up to 15 people at a time who need disabled facilities. The entire building and all the common areas are accessible to them; we have an elevator and a wheelchair elevator platform.
