Kin Balam Cabanas & Property has 25 recently remodeled cabanas, in the National Park with leafy trees, green areas, and the river Michol that crosses it. We offer 4 types of Cabanas:
Cabanas A: Up to 4 person. each, with private bathroom.
Cabanas B-1: Up to 2 person. each, with private bathroom.
Cabanas B-2: Up to 2 person. each, with shared bathroom.
Cabanas C: Up to 2 person. each, with shared bathroom.
Cabanas A: Up to 4 person. each, with private bathroom.
Cabanas B-1: Up to 2 person. each, with private bathroom.
Cabanas B-2: Up to 2 person. each, with shared bathroom.
Cabanas C: Up to 2 person. each, with shared bathroom.

+: in the jungle. Staff super nice and I was lucky to get a Nice dorm not the awful dorm you can see on pictures.

The restaurant : bad food and expensive
Communal kitchen: just ridiculous nothing to cook, no Space and only two chairs. Also you are not allowed to eat your food outside the kitchen which is completely stupid considering there is no Space.
No social life
A lot of rules to follow
Definitely more an hotel there is not this chilled vibe and social life in hostels

Lovely set up. Right next to the archeological site but you have to get a collectivo into town if you want to go. Nice pool and great hammocks. The food at the restaurant was great (especially soups) but could be a bit expensive. Also had a fantastic VIP massage which I recommend.

Great location, massive site, lovely pool and chill out area. Only down side, not much around restaurant wise and the on site restaurant is pretty bad. Basic options, all quite oily and generally unpleasant
