Hello
I found bedbugs on the mattress biting me. I lifted the mattress and a took a photo of their "nest" on the metal frame of the bed.
In the morning I told the reception of the bugs. When I returned at midday, after cleaning, I checked under the mattress. The bedbugs where still there. They did NOT clean metal frame. I have photos

Also the locks on the doors did not work. So the reception told everybody in the hostel to put their bags in a toilet on the ground floor. I have a photo

Watercooker was extremely dirty and not suitable to cook water (unless you want dirty cooked water). Showers could have used more clothing hooks.

I don't know if it was my colleague, but I sent them an email for him to pickup something I left and he couldn't take it with him, communication was not strong point
