日本のカプセルホテルみたいな感覚です。
スペインのオスタルはけっこう作りが古くて若干不便なイメージがあるんですけど、そういうところに慣れていない人も十分泊まれると思います。

地下鉄が4線つかえ、駅からも近く、ロケーションがとてもいい。飛行機の到着時間が夜遅いので心配したが、24時間開いているし、大きな道路に面しているのでタクシーが迷わずに見つけてくれた。施設は明るくて清潔。とてもよかった。ただ,キッチンの使い方が分かりにくかった。キッチン設備の利用方法が簡単に英語で書いてあるとよかった。スタッフも親切で明るい。マドリードに来たらまた利用したい。

In January 2013 the Guardian selected us as one of the 10 best luxury hostels in Europe.
We're really proud of our rooms; all the bunk beds also have an special place where you can store small important things (wallet phones, etc.). In addition, they also have plugs for anything the customer may need for charging phones, cameras, tablets, and computers. All bunk beds have a reading light for not disturbing other guests in the room.
We cater to all types of traveller, from a group of girls to a solo traveller, a family, a couple or a businessman. All have a room in U Hostels. Of course, we are fully adapted to people with disabilities.
