Hostel Colours is located in the area denominated 'Citt Studi' and is easily reachable with public transportation from Central Station, which is four stops away on the Green line (M2). The city center is a 15 minute ride away with the subway. In the area around the hostel, there are lots of services available for everyone's day to day need.
The hostel provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Kitchens are available during reception hours with a supermarket a minute away.
The airport of Linate is located nearby, reachable with the Starfly shuttle bus service. The Orio al Serio (Bergamo Airport) and Malpensa Airport (MXP) can be reached by taking their relative shuttle bus service from Central Station. The MXP has also a train departing from Central Station.

とにかくスタッフがフレンドリーで雰囲気が良い。建物は古いが設備は清潔にしてある。
事前にサービスについての問い合わせをしたが返信がなかった。
いつまでか分からないが、最寄駅が工事のためか閉鎖されており、２つ前の駅からバスにのる必要がありとても不便だった。歩くと２０分くらい。

他の宿泊場所の予約が取れず(ジュネーブ・アヌシーの予約が取れなかった。)、移動できないので、ミラノで追加、宿泊していました。
他に比べて予約が取りやすく、日程の調整をするのに助かりました。
料金が安いわりに朝食がよく満足、あえて言うならば、冷蔵庫の食品の管理（誰のか判らない・バックパッカー的宿泊場所では宿泊期間・名前を書いておいても無くなる事がある）
冷凍庫においては、温度が高いのでアイスが柔らかくなる。（暑くてアイスを買って入れていました。）
他、海外の言葉が解らず、聞くことがむずかしい（英語で単純な翻訳内容を見せるとイタリア語でと言われた）レシートを発行し、料金を明確にしてほしい。安いとはいえ、デポジット等の料金内容がよく判らない、支払いが合っているか確認ができない。レシートが無いので間違いの指摘ができない。
レシートの要求ができなかったのも問題化も知れないが、宿泊先がどれだけ誠実か解るほうが良い

洗濯機がちゃんと機能しなくて脱水できなかったと言って目の前でびしょびしょのままキャリーケースに洗濯物を詰めざるおえなくなったにも関わらず払い戻しはありませんでした。また、洗濯に2時間乾燥に2時間かかるし1ユーロコインしか使えません。私の時は壊れていて途中で終わって短かったのですが全て服を手絞りして6ユーロ損しました。おかげで着ている服までべしょべしょ
立地が悪い。中央駅には近いが中心地まで電車で40分以上、そのうえ私はただでさえ重たいのに水を含んで重さが倍になったキャリーケースをバス乗り場まで1時間運んで散々でした。
スタッフにより対応がバラバラでサービスが統一されていないので他のゲストとトラブルになりかけた。
ケトルが汚い。
全てにおいて機械が古いのでコーヒーメーカーのコーヒもー美味しくないしエレベーターもない上に階段が多いのでキャリーケースの移動が大変。
別館だったので1度外に出ないと部屋にたどり着けないこともとても不便だった。
自販機も23時ぐらいには使えなくなり水も買えないスーパーが近いこと意外あまりいい印象はありません。
