Hostel Achalay

Achalay is a small hostel with a cool atmosphere located in Bariloche's downtown. We have single, double, triple, and quadruple spacious rooms in a rustic-style house.
It's Clean, Fun, Cheap and full of services.

The hostel is located in the centre of Bariloche, just three blocks from the main square (Centro Civico) and the Nahuel Huapi Lake, it provides a great option for anyone who wants to be in the heart of town.

The house offers you different places: an open terrace with a beautiful garden where you can relax and make friends, a full equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and the newest area in the house: COWORKING.
WIFI zone all around.

The bed sheets have a high thread count 100 % cotton. In addition laundry service is available at reception.
Every room comes with lockers and the best beds in town (20cm thick with Sealy inter coil mattresses).

Breakfast is served at any time because we think you deserve to rest if you need it. For breakfast we offer SCRAMBLED EGGS, Homemade Bread, Homemade Jams (Patagonian berries), fruits, cereals, butter, dulce de leche, coffee, tea, milk, ' Argetinean mate', and chocolate,. All of these things are included when you book a reservation with us.

Trips, tours, and excursions can also be booked at our reception, so don`t be afraid to ask.
Something very important... our reception works from 8:00 am to midnight let us know if you are arriving at any other time.

The staff is composed by people like you, travelers who enjoy life and like to share their experiences. We are also very knowledgeable of the area and can help you receive a vacation that is not the typical view that tourists receive. Our staff are helpful, friendly and bilingual.
