Property del Mar is best hostel in town, outdoor swimming pool with gardens, open social areas, comunal kitchen, great athmosphere. Is located on the heart of Puerto Lopez 20 meters from the beach and sourrounded by restaurants, bars on the beach, pizzerias, etc.
Our spacious bedrooms are first class with private bathrooms, air conditioning, wifi. Breakfast is not included
The atmosphere in the property is relaxing and quiet. We have a swimming pool, parking and very close to shops and the beach
We also organize trips for tourists to explore the beautiful Machalilla National Park, which includes Isla de la Plata, whale watching, Los Frailes beach, El Pital Forest, Comunidad Agua Blanca.

Cancellation policy: 72 h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Very simple hostel and perfect if you’re just looking for somewhere nice to stay and not a social hostel. Very quiet and close to the center.

cockroaches in the room and mice in walls which woke us up throughout the night. staff were friendly and nice but the bed sheets were stained and the bathroom drains smelt.

Staff and hostel lovely. Hostel booked taxi fir me which was convenient. Unfortunately the taxi driver was very inappropriate and groping. Made for a really unfortunate memory following a lovely day
