The breakfast spread was awesome, our private room was massive and had great water pressure in the shower, the vibe around the pool was ideal, but the staff was top notch. Super helpful booking us tickets to the falls and organizing a taxi to Argentina. Key note to their attention to security when you store your bags in their closet. They make sure nothing is stolen. Highly recommend- stop looking for another hostel and stay here.

One of cleanest hostels I've stayed at in Brazil, which from my experience is somewhat hard to find. The ground between dorm houses has cracks in it and needs some construction, but the dorms and apartment rooms are regularly cleaned.
Facilities are decent, and there is a fridge in private rooms, but the fridge can get loud at night when used and did not let me sleep. So I ended up turning it off and used the common kitchen fridge.
The hostel area is gated and secure. The breakfast is decent.
