It needs a lot of improvement.
Tony is a cool person and gave us a lot of tips.
Our room didn’t have windows outside , only 1 window facing the lobby - so we could hear everyone coming down the stairs and the light in the lobby was reflecting in the room the whole night.
Also, next to our bed was the window to the bathroom of another tenant - so we could hear them each time they used the bathroom.
The room was clean , a bit too small And for 2 people - and we didn’t receive any soap.

Me aloje solo 1 noche pero la pasé extraordinario. Tony es súper atento, hizo que haga amigos al instante, ya que se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos (a todos los que compartÃamos la habitación) todo sobre Cuenca, que lugares visitar, donde está ubicado todo, los mejores lugares a visitar. Todo muy top la verdad. Me sentà como en casa

Great hostel, 100% recommended!
Location is perfect, walking distance to bus terminal and all the sight and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is amazing. And the owner is very friendly and super helpful, gave us a lot of great tips for Cuenca and also helped a lot with our further travel plans and the border crossing to Peru.
