Westory is a lovely place to stay if you want a quieter experience away from the crowds. The staff are amazing, especially Ming, who trully goes out of her way to ensure your stay is flawless. Close to the Railway Museum and Night Market. Walkable to restaurants (try One, even if you are not veggie). You will need to get a Grab / tuk-tuk to the infamous bridge though.

The staff are lovely especially Ming who went out of her way to help me find a charger that works, she even came with me to 7/11 and translated so I could try before I buy! The only downsides were that the bedding had a funky smell and the space next to the bed (where you could put your rucksack) wasn’t clean. Not much of an atmosphere but I think that’s the same for other hostels in the area. Would stay here again if the cleanliness improves.

Hostel was super clean, with great beds and lovely bathroom facilities. Wasn’t overly social when we were there and was about an hours walk from the River Kwai bridge! 7/11 nearby was great and only a 15 min walk to the bus station, perfect for an Erawan Falls trip! Staff were helpful and kind and the coffee shop/cafe downstairs was lovely, but a little pricey!
