Hammock Plantation is a low-key, local style, safe, family and group friendly Lodge. with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms (shouwer/toilet), 1 dormroom with 2 bunkbeds, 3 double rooms with 1 queensize bed. we have a pool to relax and a shared kitchen.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full price of your stay.

Very disappointing. Lack of privacy due to open walls and no ceiling. Noise from the other inhabitants plus a noisy highway next to it made it very difficult to find any peace or quiet. Suspected bedbug infestation and absence of mosquito nets made it impossible to sleep. Lack of cleanliness. Extreme heat with inadequate fan functionality... You shouldn't charge people this price for what the place really is. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay.

It’s a good place to go and relax, it’s further away from the main town but still has everything necessary within walking distance. The ocean is just a few minutes walking! However, during my stay the place was very dirty, especially the bathroom. The dorm windows were covered in thick dust. The dorm didn’t have any mosquito nets so the bugs got in pretty easily.

the hostel itself was cute, really jungle vibes, although it wasnt super clean, spider webs everywhere and in the dorm it was extremely hot... no ac just one vig fan on the celli g but that didnt help at all.. also the location is t really good. the beach cloe to it was nice but for other things you always need to take the bus cause theres literally nothing around
