Cafe del sunshine is located in Lonely Beach area on Koh Chang surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Lonely Beach is famous for backpackers from around the world. The beach is very nice and beautiful. You can enjoy your day on the beach. And at night you can have fun in a bar nearby.
Hostel Amenities include pool table, Tours/ticket assistance, Luggage storage, Restaurant, Laundry service, free WiFi, Breakfast available (surcharge), Designated smoking areas.
You can walk to the beach within 2 minutes. From Ferry Koh Chang Pier, it takes about 30 minutes to the hostel by taxi.
Things to note
1) Check in from 14:00
2) Check out Before 12:00
3) Reception working hours: 8:00 – 22:00
4) Payment on Arrival: Cash and credit card
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 1 days in advance prior to arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included
7) NO smoking in Room, but have smoking area
8) Some rooms are FAN only - no air-con. Please make sure before making a reservation.
9) We only accept guests at the age between 18-40 years old only.

The place was generally good. I think the bugs were what made it hard to stay there. The atmosphere felt safe but it didn't have an amazing vibe. Some of the staff were friendly, others seemed a bit impatient in how they communicated. The food you could buy there was good.

Leaving a straight 10 even despite minor things, mostly outside of hostel's control - like the club next door blasting music till 3am. Otherwise it's a beautiful, welcoming place in the middle of Koh Chang. The food downstairs, be it Thai or western, never ceased to amaze. Extended my 2 nights to 3 and would probably stay longer if not the need for a quieter spot.

This was an amazing experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and looked after. The beds were spacious and clean, the showers were cleaned daily. Its a good location close to a beach and they help you out with any activities you want to do. The cafe has a great vibe too!
