Interesting hostel in Lille- there are not a ton of options in this town, and this hostel is very far from the city centre with not a good way to get there on foot/by metro. We ended up having to walk around 30 minutes each way through some weird footpaths and on busy roads. Facilities were nice and staff was lovely! We had some issues with our door and getting it to lock, but otherwise felt the property was decently secure. The rooms do lead directly outside but are behind a locked gate.

The hostel was really far from town but there aren’t very many options in Lille. It was mostly a hotel and there was no social aspect at all.
