Pepos Xul-Ha is located in the lagoon of Xul-Ha, so you have the lagoon 10 steps outside of your room, there are lounge areas where you can chill or some hammocks.
The breakfast is all ready included with your stay and we have some sailboat. The tourism that we are looking for are couples, travelers or family that want to have some chill days and relax at the shore of the lagoon.
All the rooms have A/C, a queen bed and a table to work. We have some living rooms and a kitchen if you need it.
Come and enjoy a relaxing stay on the shores of the lagoon, with unforgettable sunsets and sunrises. Also activities such as sailing, tours, bonfires and many more. This in the heart of the Xul-Ha Lagoon (where the water is born) with a dock at the edge of the lagoon and a lookout point on the first floor with the best view.
Pepos Xul-Ha Terms & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 2 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00 to 21:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash only.
Taxes included
Breakfast included.
Reception hours 7:00 to 21:00.
No pets allowed.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.

Loved staying here. Was right on the water with included kayaks and paddle boards. Kitchen could have been a bit cleaner. Staff were super friendly however by 11:30 they were champing at the bit for me to leave although checkout was 12pm. This wasn’t an ideal end to an otherwise amazing stay.

We stayed for 3 nights & absolutely loved our stay! We would recommend this to anyone wanting a more relaxed and authentic experience on the lagoon as it's much less touristy than Bacalar, we preferred it here! There are kayaks to use, hammocks, a platform to jump into the water & lovely staff who provide a great breakfast. There are a few shops in the village to buy other bits to cook at Pepos, which we did every night. The AC in the huts also meant we slept great. Such a beautiful & calming experience (an

What a great hostel. So private and free water access all day and use of SUPs and Kayaks, unlike Bacalar where you have to pay everywhere and for everything. The host was such a nice helpful guy. The rooms were great and comfy beds and breakfast is delicious. Defo recommend to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bacalar.
