'La Quinta' is the seventy years old mainhouse of our unique finca (farm) in Minca.
It is set on the top of our farm, from where you can enjoy one of the best views in Minca to nearby Santa Marta and the caribbean sea as well as our exclusive private river access on the lower part of the finca!
Finca Hostal Bolivar ist the closest farm to Minca town, within a 5 min stroll you can reach a wide varity of restaurants, Bars and nightlife. Our location is also perfect to get to the famous waterfalls or coffee and cacao fincas.
We offer 3 different boutique rooms, two double rooms and one 5 bed dorm for up to 10 people.
It's the perfect place for coworking/coliving with its fast 100mb WiFi network, decent workspaces, communal kitchen, TV room and chill outside areas. BBQ area and an incredible terrace with stunning views to the Caribbean sea.
Please keep in mind that Minca is a mountain town and 'Casa Quinta' is on the top of our Finca. Its a 7 min. hike uphill to get to the house to enjoy the views. You can also take a Mototaxi from Minca center town to avoid the hike with your luggage until the top of our Finca. (Cost between 5´000 and 6´000 COP)
ATTENTION:
Minca doesn't have a cash machine (ATM) . It is therefore advisable to arrive with enough cash.
We do accept creditcards with a 6% surcharge. If possible pay by card.
OUR RECEPTION HOURS ARE FROM 8AM TO 8PM!
Please try to get to Minca before sunset, as its more dificult to find publictransport after 6pm and the hike to Casa Quinta is in the darkness.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Miguel started off giving us a lovely explaination of the town, his recommendations of where to go/what to do which were fabulous! He was very friendly and passionate about his town. Then offered to take our big bags up the hill on his bike for us as it’s a 6 min walk up a hill to Casa Quinta, which we really appreciated . This is worth it though as it has gorgeous views, and it’s a short walk from a viewpoint where we saw one of the prettiest sunsets! The showers are hot! Ther

Hot showers! Great view for sunset and that’s probably the only social interaction for the hostel. Rooms were clean and the staff was super nice!

I have been working remotely for the past couple of weeks and this has by far been my favorite hostel. The workspace is clean, beautiful, and has fast wifi. All of the spaces are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, an amazing sunset view nearby, beautiful and cozy spaces, and attracted people more my age and energy-level. It was just social and I connected with many other people. Thank you!
