Hostel Natales is set in Puerto Natales, 2.4 km from Puerto Natales Bus Station, and features a bar, a shared lounge, and a garden. The property is situated 29 km from Cueva del Milodon, 500 m from Plaza de Armas Arturo Prat, and 500 m from Mirador Muelle Antiguo. The property is 26 km from Valdelen.
This is an excellent lodging option in Puerto Natales. It is well located one block from the waterfront and two blocks from downtown, allowing easy access to any point of interest.
The hostel occupies what used to be an old hotel in the city, which was remodeled and refurbished as a hostel with European standards.
It has 20 spacious rooms each with a bathroom. 13 rooms for 4 people, 2 rooms for 6 people with firm bunk beds and mattresses of 200 x 90 cm. plus 5 rooms with a double bed and private bathroom.
On the second floor is the dining room overlooking the Seno de Ultima Esperanza, where you can have breakfast, read, or meet with a group of friends. It also has 2 living rooms with free Wi-Fi and Internet.
The units feature bed linen.
Guests at the hostel can enjoy a continental breakfast.

Needed a place to stay last minute and this seemed like the best option available.
At checkin, I was rudely told that I would have to pay a 19% fee if I paid with card even though I had my PDI form with me. I haven’t had to pay this at any other hostel or shop in Puerto Natales. A photocopy of my passport was also taken which was odd.
The room was a rundown hotel room with 3 single beds in it. The bedsheets were dirty, smelling like sweat and the wifi doesn’t work in the rooms.

This is an doesn't have resort. It doesn't have much to offer as it's really just an old, run down hotel with several beds in each room instead of just one. They don't have lockers or a kitchen. The free breakfast is poor.
They never bothered to add extra power outlets, so there aren't enough for everyone.
It's just not that well thought out.
On a more positive note, the staff was generally friendly and helpful.

The draines were clogged with hair so water wouldn't go down even when you're washing your hands, the windows have no lock so anyone could break into your room and they don't have a kitchen to use so you have to eat out all the time which is expensive. Wish I would have booked another place
