Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned if the hotel is not notified that the guest will be arriving later than their specified check-in date.

Smoking Policy
I agree to Not smoke inside the building or my assigned room or allow my guests to smoke inside the building or assigned room. This includes tobacco, marijuana, vapes, or any other type of smoking product as well as the use of illegal drugs. I understand that violating this policy will result in fines of up to $700. I understand that if I am suspected of smoking anywhere inside the building, the Police Department will be called to investigate our room. If the authorities are called to investigate any allegations related to the foregoing, in entering into this agreement with CorpHousing Group, I consent to the appropriate authorities inspecting the property I have rented to determine whether any illegal conduct has occurred, and/or to ensure the safety of the guests.

Damage Policy
In consideration of CorpHousing Group permitting me and my guest access to the property I have rented, I agree to the following:
I shall be responsible to the property for any damage caused to the property, allocated rooms, furnishings, or amenities by any act, default, or neglect of the aforementioned guest(s) or visitors and shall pay CorpHousing Group on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
I agree to release from liability and hold harmless CorpHousing Group, its managing agent, owner, and any of their employees, from any liability for losses and/or damages to personal property.

Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.

Minimum Age Policy
All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guest room accommodations at The Washington Hotel. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.

ADA Policy
