Changes and Cancellation HIGH SEASON JULY, OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER| 100% prepaid rate. You can cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to check in, leaving the balance paid for future bookings to be used within 90 days of the check in date, subject to availability and possible rate changes. Within 30 days prior to check in or in case of no show, 100% of the reservation will be charged, therefore the deposit is non-refundable and the balance will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

FLEXIBLE Low Season: You can cancel without penalty up to 3 days prior to check in, leaving the balance paid in favour of future reservations to be used within 90 days of the check in date, subject to availability and possible rate changes. Within the 3 days prior or in case of no show, 100% of the reservation will be charged, therefore the deposit is non-refundable and the balance will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

NO SHOW and Early Departure Policy: In both cases 100% of the stay will be charged as a penalty.

Exceptions | The hotel will make a full refund in the following cases: Death of a family member, Illness or inconvenience due to air transfer. Documentation will be required to certify this.
