For that - your creditcard has to be creditable with the balance of your reservation. We are authorizing the balance and card before we send the doorcodes.
We can not guarantee your reservation if the authorization is declined.
You can actually pay next morning however you prefer. If you like to pay next morning please inform us beforehand.

Our philosophy is to offer you accommodation far away from home where you can nevertheless feel at home - and we mean this literally.
We are not a branch of a hotel chain, so enjoy the relaxed and homely atmosphere with all the conveniences of a residential community.
You can use the communal kitchen or engage in conversation with other guests in the lounge or watch a film.
There is free wifi in all areas.
We do not have a bar, since we believe that the Altstadt and the Hafen area offer more than enough exciting entertainment and we want to provide a place where guests can catch their breath and relax. Only 15min. walking distance to the famous Altstadt!

It is highly recommended to bring a padlock for your locker on the room!
