We are located in the heart of Jerusalem right outside of the Old City Damascus Gate and the bus stations. We are 1 min walk to the Old City, with all the holy sites, and 10 min walk to the New City, to the night life in Jerusalem!

The room that I reserved was not empty and my room was changed to another room (like a narrow attic without shower / toilet).
It seems that several other customers were talking about the same thing.
This hotel attracts with relatively good rooms and changes to poor rooms at check-in.
Also the staff was very high-handed.

Location was great, near old city, bus station and tram.
I think he was the owner who works day time in front desk, he was very rude and bossy. He seems like doesn't like to just talk he was not rude when he was talking with guest about tour.
But other staff was nice and sweet.
No key for hostel, dorm room and no rocker.
mouse was running in common area.

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, great common areas and lovely staff. I needed to have something printed and the manager was so quick to offer to do this for me; this warmth and willingness to help was observed from all staff throughout my stay. My only downgrade in points is from the lack of soap in the bathrooms for washing hands, otherwise this was a fantastic stay!
