There is a jacuzzi included (for free) with cold water. If you want warm water, the fee is payable apart and it has to be requested at the frontdesk.

Really enjoyed this place, stayed for 3 nights. In a great location with regards to the centre of Salento as well as walking routes. Felt very safe and the hostel had a very relaxing vibe. It was very quiet in terms of other travellers but that might be because we came on Sunday night. The only negative was that the clothes washing service was very unreliable, we tried to enquire about washing our clothes two separate times but the hostel were unable to arrange it. Nonetheless we had a very pleasant time.

Good hostel, really nice staff. There’s some cats and a parrot there which are cool. Seemed really clean as well. Only downsides are that there’s not any lockers and the bathroom door didn’t lock properly

Nice hostel close to everything.
The showers didn’t really work properly, the water would go really hot and then really cold every few seconds.
The staff were nice until we asked if they could book us a transport to Le Carbonera which they did. They charged us 400,000 COP, 350,000 COP for the driver and pocketed 50,000 COP for themselves for calling the taxi, felt like a bit of a scam charging us for calling a taxi since most other hostels are happy to organise transport etc free of charge.
They made a mistake at check in for the 4 of us so offered us an hour free in the jacuzzi for the 4 of us. They did not warm the jacuzzi and wouldn’t let us use the bigger one for us 4. They tried to say we had to go one by one in the smaller one, which was extremely pointless.
