Guestshouse VillaBeachCity stands at 50 meters from Poetto's Long Beach and less than 20 minutes from Cagliari's City Center with public transportation ( Bus Line PQ and/or PF). You can reach the the bus stop at approximately 30 meters from VillaBeahCity.
Moreover, at only few meters from our house there is a daily open Supermarket with delicious Sardinian food and deinks.
The surrounding neighborhood is safe and quite, and it is also very close to restaurants, cafes, discotheques, night shops,pharmacy and achildren playground.
VillaBeachCity is the place where to relax in its comfortable rooms and its exotic refreshing garden.
The house has a big and spacious lovely garden where to enjoy the natural surroundings and having a meal on the various spaces made available for our guests. Around the neighborhood you will find many different services and facilities, such as:

-Surfing Schools
-Discotheques, Pubs, and Lounge Cafes
Our 2 rooms have both PRIVATE BATHROOM. One room with private bathroom inside, and the other room with private bathroom outside its door.
The Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 12:00 to 00:00 .
Check out before 11:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes included.
Breakfast NOT included, but there is the possibility of enjoying your own meals inside the house on the different eating areas in the garden.

I booked on hostel world, and put down 5pm as our arrival time. When we showed up, Matilda said we were going to stay at a different place, and to come back in 2 hours. We did. We then had to walk with our bags >1mi away (no offer to drive us) to Pablo’s house, who was supposed to be there. He was not. I then had to walk all the way back to Matilda’s place, only for her to say he’s actually there now. All in all, a very annoying experience, with no atmosphere, and a deserted beach area.

When we arrived instructions were very minimal before they left! We had also requested a double room with an ensuite and instead we were given a room with three twin beds and had to go out into the hallway in order to access our bathroom. Showers were very hit or miss on if they were hot and many ice cold showers were taken on this trip. Staff was extremely loud in the morning before 9am when they began cleaning. Will not be staying here again when returning to Sardinia!

I enjoyed my stay here, however, I wouldn't recommend going during off season since it was very quiet and there weren't many restaurants open. This would be a great place to stay during the summer though!! The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and it was a short walk to the beach.
