I was not impressed by anything at this hotel. Not a place for backpackers, very boring. The locations was good, in the heart of the city center. While I was checking out the staff tried to say i didn't pay my bill, which i had the night before. I had Uber waiting and i told them that it was not my problem that they aren't keeping records and would not wait around and assist them to resolve the matter. Very unprofessional. the reviews must be fake because under no circumstances is this a 10.

This place was in an extremely bad part of town. We did not feel safe walking around at all. It’s really a very budget hotel, not at all a hostel. That said, the staff are extremely nice, and really go out of their way to make sure you have a nice stay.
